Damian Phair is the Principal Solicitor and founder of Chatswood Family Lawyers. He has practised continuously in Family Law and Divorce for over 20 years, holds a Masters Degree in Family Law and is an Accredited Family Law Specialist with the Law Society of New South Wales.
Damian has dedicated his career to guiding couples through the divorce process and helping families like yours move towards a better future. He has extensive experience in both litigating and settling highly contested parenting and property cases. With a background in commercial law, Damian also has the expertise to deal with complex family law matters involving high value property pools, companies, partnerships, family businesses and trusts.
Damian is recognised by the Law Society of New South Wales, his colleagues and clients to have demonstrated a vast expertise in Family Law and is a highly sought-after and respected solicitor in Sydney’s North Shore and the Sydney environs.

VANESSA WANG
Vanessa is a Senior Associate at Chatswood Family Lawyers and was admitted as a solicitor in 2012. She has worked with the firm and in the area of family law for over 10 years and has vast experience in divorce, property settlements, contentious parenting matters, spouse maintenance and child support.
Vanessa regularly appears in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and is passionate about assisting her clients reach sensible and practical outcomes whether through litigation or settlement.
